Where to watch Serie A, odds, live stream, schedule: AC Milan’s Christian Pulisic to face Udinese and more

The 2024-25 Serie A season is back and back with a bang as the usual giants aim to fight for the title, while other clubs hope they can pull off what Bologna did last season and surprisingly qualify for the Champions League. Inter and Juventus look like the favorites to win the league on paper, but teams like AC Milan and Napoli hope to spoil the party in what should be another thrilling campaign.

Game of the week: AS Roma vs. Inter

Ivan Juric’s AS Roma will host Inter on Sunday for a crucial match for both sides. The Giallorossi had some ups and down under new coach Juric who replaced former Roma icon Daniele De Rossi and need a win against a big team to recreate that positive atmosphere as fans in the stadium are still protesting against American owner Dan Friedkin. On the other hand, Inter had a solid win against Torino on the last matchday, but the side coached by former Simone Inzaghi need to find again their defensive solidity as they have already conceded nine goals in seven games so far.

Juventus face Lazio

Despite some injuries, Juventus need to win against Lazio on Saturday and react after drawing at home against Cagliari in their last matchday before the international break. Thiago Motta’s side had a solid start of the season and only conceded one goal in seven games, but need to close the gap with Napoli, who are currently leading the table with 16 points, while the Bianconeri are sitting third with 13.

Pulisic to score again?

It has been an incredible start to the season for USMNT winger Christian Pulisic, who scored scored six goals in the first nine games of the season between Serie A and the Champions League, and also provided two assists. Pulisic started in all nine games he played and has scored in four consecutive Serie A games for Milan, becoming the first USMNT player to do so in a top-five European league since Queens Park Rangers’ Roy Wegerle in 1990, per Opta.
