Tommy DeVito Siblings: Meet MBA Graduate Brother Max DeVito, the Brain to the QB’s Brawns

Forget the cheeseheads. There’s a new family in town stealing the media mania. Guiding his team to an exciting victory over the Green Bay Packers in the last seconds 24-22, Giants QB Tommy Cutlets DeVito, 25, celebrated his national debut. And guess what? This win marked the team’s third consecutive victory. 

But the magic wasn’t confined to the field. Cameras panned to DeVito’s cheering section, revealing a glimpse of his family. His brother Max DeVito, mother Alexandra, and father (a third-generation plumber) were featured prominently in the primetime program. However, the one who stole the show was his brother, Max DeVito—the brains to the Brawns. 

The intellectual counterpart of the Giants’ QB

Giants star QB Tommy DeVito might be exceedingly famous for his on-field throws, but his brother Max sends heat of a different brand—the intellectual brand. Max DeVito, Tommy’s younger brother, has recently completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Salve Regina University. Having graduated in May 2023, he now works as an MCA Broker at the New York Tribeca Group.  

While Tommy thrives on the gridiron, Max is a young scholar who performs well academically. Yet, their bond remains strong. Newspapers and media channels have recorded Max supporting his brother in Giants’ games. This lovely scene gives the audience an insight into the close-knit nature of the DeVito family.

How Max Devito and family support Tommy’s football journey 

Max isn’t just a brain with an MBA—he’s also a supportive sibling. He was seen cheering up Tommy, sharing photos on IG, and attending games in November 2023. Born in Livingston, New Jersey, to parents Tom Sr. and Alexandra DeVito in 1998, Tommy DeVito comes from a close-knit family.

Living with his parents at a home ten miles from MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, Tommy told ESPN reporters in November 2023, “The decision was made since this level of football is stressful for a rookie, especially from the quarterback position. A lot is going on, a lot of meetings. So everything outside of football is handled by my family.”

Also, given the circumstances, it makes sense that DeVito resides at home. He’s a rookie for his local team and an undrafted free agent. After six collegiate years, his final one at the University of Illinois, the standout player from Don Bosco Prep High School wasn’t even certain he’d be on the team this season.

Justin Pugh, an experienced offensive lineman, was likewise unaware that DeVito was residing at home. Despite knowing of a handful, Pugh claimed that in his eleven professional seasons, he’s never known of a player who spent the season living at home.

In addition to Tommy’s thrilling debut and the Giants’ winning run, the DeVito family has gained widespread attention for their endearing show of support. With his parents giving him a secure home base and brother Max DeVito supporting him from the stands, Tommy DeVito has everything he needs to succeed both on and off the field.
