The Slovak Football Association (SFZ) has unveiled its new home and away kits for the 2024/25 season, marking the beginning of a partnership with Italian sportswear manufacturer Macron. These uniforms will be worn by all Slovak national teams, including the men’s, women’s, and youth squads, during their upcoming UEFA Nations League and FIFA World Cup 2026 qualification campaigns.
The 2024/25 home jersey showcases Slovakia’s traditional colors with a modern twist. The shirt features two shades of blue, with a lighter hue on the body and a darker tone on the sleeves. A knitted V-neck collar with a thin blue stripe and red accents adds a touch of sophistication. The kit’s design incorporates embossed, tone-on-tone graphics of stylized falcons, a nod to the team’s nickname “Sokoli” (Falcons), across the front, shoulders, and sleeves. The SFZ badge, a white silicone-printed Macron Hero logo, and Slovakia’s coat of arms adorn the chest area.
For the Slovakia 2024/25 away kit, Macron has opted for a clean white design with blue accents. The crew neck shirt features the same embossed falcon motif on the sleeves and shoulders as the home jersey. A unique touch is added with dye-sublimated prints of the Slovak flag on both sides of the shirt’s bottom.
The Slovakia 24/25 home and away kits share a customized inside neck label featuring diagonal stripes in white, blue, and red—colors of the national flag—along with the SFZ logo, Macron logo, and the phrase “Designed in Bologna.” This detail not only adds a patriotic element but also emphasizes the kits’ Italian design heritage. The home and away ensembles are completed with matching shorts and socks, incorporating consistent design elements and color schemes.
Macron has utilized eco-friendly materials in the production of these kits. The home shirt is primarily made from Eco Softlock fabric, while the away shirt features Eco Exalock material, reflecting a commitment to sustainability in sportswear manufacturing.
The official presentation of the 2024/25 Slovakia kits took place during the inauguration of the Bratislava Macron Sports Hub, signaling the start of a new era for Slovak football. Fans will first see the national team sporting their new match range in the UEFA Nations League match against Estonia in Tallinn on September 5th, as Slovakia embarks on its journey through upcoming international competitions.
