Juventus drop Paul Pogba because of disciplinary reasons

Paul Pogba’s return to Juventus has been far from a dream comeback, with the midfielder now being sidelined for disciplinary issues.

Injuries kept him out of the World Cup and prevented him from making his comeback with the Bianconeri until February 28.

The French international played the last 22 minutes of the 4-2 win over Torino, meaning the former Manchester United player was able to put an end to a period of 297 days without playing.

Massimiliano Allegri gave him another chance in the last 13 minutes in the defeat against Roma and it seemed that he would play him again in the Europa League tie against Freiburg.

However, a new setback has arisen that has forced Allegri to drop Pogba.

Why has Paul Pogba been dropped against Freiburg?

This time it is not a physical problem. Allegri has decided to leave him out against Freiburg in the Europa League for disciplinary reasons.

It has been claimed that Pogba showed up late to the training camp and was not at the team dinner.

As a punishment, the coach and the club decided to leave him out of the squad.
