Barcelona: Garnacho makes fun of Barcelona… and directs a dig at Pedri?

Alejandro Garnacho went viral on social media for one tweet, his celebration of Manchester United‘s progression to the round of 16 of the Europa League with a message to Barcelona, who failed again in European competition.

The footballer wrote only one sentence, but it was a direct message to the Catalan club: “The big team goes through”.

And that’s not all. The Spanish-Argentinean accompanied the message with an image of himself on the Old Trafford pitch looking through binoculars, a very common celebration for Pedri, who missed the match due to injury.

This is how Garnacho celebrated, who came on in the second half and proved that he is one of the great sensations of Erik ten Hag‘s United for a reason.

Garnacho has impressed since Ten Hag took charge at Old Trafford, and his recent goal against Leeds stands out to many.

The youngster was a keen admirer of Cristiano Ronaldo during their time together at the club, and he has also had the pleasure of playing with recent World Cup winner Lionel Messi on international duty with Argentina.

Garnacho was born in Madrid, Spain.
