The 2024 PAC-12 baseball tournament schedule takes place from May 21st through May 25th, 2024. The games will be played at Scottsdale Stadium again. The top nine teams from regular season play earn a spot in the PAC-12 Baseball Tournament. The champion earns the automatic bid from the PAC-12 to the 2024 NCAA DI baseball tournament.
How Does the PAC-12 Baseball Tournament Seeding Work?
The PAC-12 baseball tournament seeding works similar to the ACC baseball tournament. First, not all of the teams get to play. This is just like the SEC Tournament and a number of other conferences. Nine teams get a spot. There are three teams in each pool. Each team plays two games. Then, the three pool winners and the team with the best record move on to the single-elimination round of play. The PAC-12 went to this format in 2022. We’ll have to see with the majority of teams shifting conferences next season how 2025 works.
2024 PAC-12 Baseball Tournament Schedule
The 2024 PAC-12 Baseball Tournament schedule gets started with the opening round of pool play on Tuesday, May 21st. The PAC-12 has not released which seeds are playing when yet, so we have based the times and seeds on the 2023 PAC-12 Tournament schedule. The PAC-12 Network will be broadcasting the games. ESPN2 covered the championship game last season, so if that channel changes, we’ll update you there too. We’ll also put out the 2024 PAC-12 baseball tournament bracket when it is finalized to follow the action.
